The test starts with the run from B to C and coming back. After that, the test giver has to walk between points B and A. Then Again, there is a walk from A to B and after that, the usual ‘B to C run, come back (also run) and walk, then B to C run continues. The whole yo yo test is divided into levels. Every level consisting of 8-10 sprints and the total time of test is 30 minutes. In these 30 minutes, there are changes to the level as the time keeps on decreasing and tasks galore.
