Lots of time in your childhood, you must have been forced by mom for waking up early. And you always hated it, right! The same case is with me and all other people. Though waking up early comes with a host of advantages, it is always tough to do so.

Suppose, you wake up at 6:00 AM in the morning. And some other person wakes up at 8. Here I am assuming the sleeping time to be rather equal. This is because, even if people wake up at night, they are less productive. So, waking up earlier by 2 hrs give you additional time in which you can go for anything in extra. This extra will help you in achieving life goals.

While the whole world is sleeping, it also means that fewer people are involved in polluting the surrounding now. Lol.

In Sanskrit, the time before Sunrise is called ‘BrahmMuhrata’ which roughly translates to God’s time. It is also said that while doing work this time you have the freshest energy with you.
